As a long time Donna Summer fan, I have always appreciated her musical ability to incorporate her spirituality and faith into some of her non-gospel songs. “Cats Without Claws” is one example of this. Tracks 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 all exude something spritual going on, lyrically and conceptually. If I had found this album in the Contemporary Christian store, I would not have been surprised.
